Where Limo Anywhere is the better fit
You farm rides in and out. LA Net is Limo Anywhere's affiliate network, and if a real share of your work comes from or goes to other operators, that network is worth a lot. The Full Platform has nothing like it.
You want a native passenger app. Limo Anywhere sells one, included on Black. The Full Platform has none; riders book on your website.
You run a large fleet with complex back-office needs. Shuttle ticketing, multiple company names and QuickBooks integration are all available on Limo Anywhere's plans and add-ons.
Where the Full Platform is the better fit
You need a website as well as software. Limo Anywhere gives you a booking engine to place on a site you already have. The Full Platform is the site: a custom build with a page for every airport, route and city you serve, with booking built in. If you'd otherwise pay a web designer, compare the two totals, not the two subscriptions.
You want a price that doesn't grow with your trips. The Full Platform is $499 a month at 50 rides or 5,000. On a trip-volume plan, a good year moves you into a higher tier or into per-trip charges.
You want the payments in your own account. Riders pay through your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rate, and the money pays out to your bank on Stripe's schedule.
You want help finding work. The leads tool, included, finds the hotels, venues and corporate travel managers in your market, with a contact and an outreach script for each.
Which one costs less
At small volumes, Limo Anywhere does: Core starts at $99 a month against $499. The gap closes as you add the things a growing operator usually buys:
- A website. A custom website from a designer can cost thousands up front, plus hosting and edits. It's included in the Full Platform.
- Add-ons. The passenger app, messaging and extra company names each add a monthly charge on the lower plans.
- Trip growth. Above 500 trips a month on Core, every trip has a charge, and the higher plans start at $249 and $549.
Run your own numbers with the booking fee calculator, and add up the website, the add-ons and the card rate on both sides before you decide.
Switching from Limo Anywhere
If you move to the Full Platform, your current bookings stay in Limo Anywhere until they're done. We set up your vehicles, rates and corporate accounts from an export of your current system, build and test the new site, and switch new bookings over on launch day. Give Limo Anywhere its 30 days' notice once the new site is live, not before.
Conclusion
Limo Anywhere is the stronger choice if you rely on a farm-out network or a native passenger app. The Full Platform is the stronger choice if you want your website, booking and dispatch in one system at one flat price, with payments in your own Stripe account.
