1. Description

Fonts & Footers ("Fonts & Footers," "we," "our," or "us") builds websites, booking software and a leads tool for black car and limousine operators. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit fontsandfooters.com (the "Site"), use the free website audit, or use our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following kinds of information:

• Contact information: your name, email address, phone number, company name and role when you send the contact form, book a call, ask for the free audit or sign up for the leads tool.
• Audit information: the website address and any note you send with an audit request, and the audit we send back.
• Account and billing information: the details needed to set up your plan and bill it. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage information: how you use the Site and our software, such as pages visited, browser type, device, approximate location from your IP address, and the actions taken in your dashboard.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see section 8.

3. Information in your booking software

When an operator runs the Full Platform, the booking system stores that operator's business data: rider names and contact details, bookings, trip details, driver and vehicle records, corporate accounts and payment records. That data belongs to the operator, and we process it only to run the software on their behalf. Riders who book through an operator's site should read that operator's own privacy policy; this policy covers our role as the provider of the software.

The leads tool collects publicly available business information, such as a venue's name, address, website and the titles of people who work there, to help operators find companies to contact. It does not collect information about private individuals.

4. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, run and improve the Site, the audit, the leads tool and the booking software.
• Reply to you about a project, a call, an audit or a support request.
• Send the audit report, the leads digest and service notices you asked for.
• Send marketing emails about our services, which you can opt out of at any time.
• Understand how the Site and the software are used, so we can make them better.
• Bill for our services and keep records.
• Comply with the law and protect our rights, our clients and their riders.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• With service providers that help us run the Site and the software, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing (Stripe), flight data and analytics, and only for that purpose.
• With the operator whose software you are using, when you are a rider, driver or corporate contact of that operator.
• To comply with the law, a court order or a government request.
• To protect the safety, rights or property of Fonts & Footers, our clients or others.
• As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services, keep our records and meet our legal obligations. Audit requests and the audits we send are kept so we can answer questions about them. When an operator cancels, we provide an export of their data on request and delete it from our systems within a reasonable time after the account closes, except where we must keep it by law.

7. Data security

We protect your information with reasonable technical and organizational measures: encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, and payment details handled by Stripe rather than stored by us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, and we will tell you if a breach affects your information as the law requires.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, or object to or limit how we use it. You can opt out of marketing emails with the link in any email or by writing to us. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@fontsandfooters.com; we will reply within the time the law allows and may ask you to confirm your identity first.

If you are a rider whose information is held in an operator's booking system, please contact that operator; we will help them respond to your request.

9. Cookies policy

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep you signed in and the Site working. Analytics tools tell us which pages are visited and how the Site performs, in aggregate. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the software may not work without the essential ones.

10. Third-party links

The Site links to other websites, including our clients' sites, Calendly, Stripe and social networks. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Please read them before sharing information there.

11. Children's privacy

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will tell clients by email. Your continued use of the Site or our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
